10月17日 日本借口“代替中国人民保护文化财产”，成立“满日文化协会”。不久沈阳故宫庋藏的《大清历朝实录》被“满日文化协会”从沈阳故宫取走。经篡改后，于 1936年12月在日本影印300部。
